Feta Cheese, Grape, and Mint is coming back for the summer!

That’s right, we are making the recipe in our kitchen this week and if our head tasters love it, it will be back for the summer.  Last year, people really took to this flavour, making it our biggest seller at farmers markets!


Ingredients For Our Winter Coleslaw!

Well, it is coming up to Christmas which means just one thing for our coleslaw range.  It is time to add the Cranberries!!   That’s right, our winter Coleslaw, Cranberry and Winter Spices is available now.   Have a great Christmas everyone.


Our first wedding, perfect for our Kilner Jar range!

Up early this morning making our latest coleslaw, Refreshing Thai, for Mary and David who are getting married later today.  How exciting! If you have a dinner party, hog roast, birthday, or wedding celebration why not speak to us about our Kilner Jar range of coleslaws.  Mary and David specifically asked for our new Refreshing Thai coleslaw, which is also dairy free.  Do try it next time you see us!


Great Taste Awards in London

We have entered two of our products into the Great Taste Awards.  People seem to think our Coleslaw tastes pretty good so we wanted to see what the judges in London would have to say.  Keeping our fingers crossed for a good result!! Norwich Farmers Market

The Farmers Market in Norwich was a great success despite the windy weather! Here’s Sam putting the finishing touches to our set-up.  A special thank you to everyone who tried our Coleslaw’s and said nice things to us – we greatly appreciate it.  If you bought a tub we hope you enjoyed it and we will see you again soon!


New Farmers Market In Norwich!

This Saturday 14th May the Norfolk Diet Team are putting together a new Farmers Market to be held in The Forum.  We cannot wait to hear what Norwich Foodies think of our Coleslaw range. Creake Abbey Studios Farmers Market – April

What a fantastic day….. here we are ready to go! And just a few hours later, after meeting some lovely people from Norfolk every tub of Coleslaw has disappeared! A great day with a great result – cannot wait until May – see you there!


Photoshoot!

Well, it has taken a while but with our range good to go it is time to get some decent photography done.  We will use this to show customers and consumers just how versatile Coleslaw can be and what a great accompaniment it makes to almost any dish. We also want people to LOVE our coleslaw just by seeing it!!  No pressure – but over to you Tim!! Creake Abbey Farmers Market

We were at The Creake Abbey Farmers Market yesterday.  Another first for The English Coleslaw Company.  What a great day with some lovely feedback about our Coleslaws in spite of disappointing weather .  We used the day to listen hard to customers and see what people really thought about us and our Coleslaw. The feedback was just great! People loved the rich purple colour of our Traditional Coleslaw, which gets is purpleness from Red Cabbage and a little bit of Beetroot incidentally! Have We Gone Completely Nuts?

We have been busy in the Kitchen today trying out some new fab Coleslaw’s with…. wait for it…… Nuts.  Yes, that’s right, we think these oven roasted nuts could give some Coleslaw’s a real zing. Have you ever gone nutty about Coleslaw?  Let us know and watch out for a new flavour coming soon.
